Pro interest form: name, email, optional company, whether you use the free app, roof covering interests, willingness-to-pay band, and consent timestamp.
Contact form: name, email, topic, and message.
Technical logs: standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and reliability.

To operate waitlists, respond to enquiries, improve product planning, and communicate about Rafter Finder Pro availability when you have opted in.

We do not sell personal data. We may use processors (email or webhook tooling) solely to deliver the services you requested.

Waitlist and contact records are retained until you ask for deletion or they are no longer needed for the purpose collected.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us via the Support page.

The free Rafter Finder mobile apps may have separate privacy disclosures in the App Store / Google Play listings and in-app documentation.
